Before you buy
Who is this for?
People trying to get a first IT support job, people with a year or two on the phones trying to move up, and anyone whose resume is getting no callbacks and doesn't know why. If you're already a senior engineer, the free articles will do.
Is it different from the free articles?
The articles tell you what a good resume looks like. The pack does the work with you: a template to fill in, finished examples to copy the shape of, and 25 rewritten bullets so you can see the fix, not just read about it.
What format is it?
A 51-page PDF, delivered instantly through Gumroad. Read it on anything. The template section is laid out so you can rebuild it in Word or Google Docs in a few minutes.
Does it work outside the US?
The resume advice is written for North American hiring, where I did mine. The interview stories and the bullet-rewrite method are the same everywhere. If you're in the UK or EU, expect to adjust the layout to a CV and ignore the parts about ATS keyword filters that your market doesn't use.
